From the first phone call Beverly explained everything to a T for me! Super nice and sweet got me schedule called me the morning of to give me a reminder that her guy was heading out. Now the plumbers themself were awesome and efficient as well, got under the sink and took care of the leak in no time. After they finished they explained to me what all they did to fix it up! 10/10 from start to finish no other plumber company could compare 😊

Many plumbers with “Lone Star” in there name so think of “Backhoe” when you really need plumbing services. You will be plenty stressed with your problem but can take a deep breath and feel relaxed that “Backhoe” will get it fixed and at a very reasonable cost. They are local, qualified, competent and just good people. We had a real problem at our RV Park on a Friday (of course), gave “Backhoe” a call and were fully operational by the end of the day. I feel great knowing they are there for us!

once again lonestar plumbing comes to the rescue.....had to re-plumb entire house....excellent price and crew (as always) went above and beyond ...charlie mitchell comes by and calls to make sure i'm happy with work....owner and crew are tops in my book!

owner call me this a.m. & is going to refund half of the overcharged amount on my recent leak!!! he was super nice & am happy about money situation!!!they are my go to plumbers again!!!!!They guys are awesome!!!!
